Overview
BRAC is seeking a Senior Officer, Administration & Logistics to oversee administration and logistics operations in Liberia. The role includes ensuring efficient use of organizational resources, managing safety and security, overseeing facilities, warehouses, transportation, fleet operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Applicant Qualifications Requirements
Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in administration or logistics management, preferably with an International NGO.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Logistics Management.
CILT certification is desirable.
Knowledge of Liberia’s property and construction market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in logistics management systems, software, and tools.
Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience in fleet management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee administration and logistics operations and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
Serve as the country Safety and Security Focal Person.
Ensure health, safety, and security compliance across BRAC Liberia offices.
Manage offices, premises, warehouses, stores, transportation, travel, and accommodation.
Monitor third-party service providers and compliance with SLAs.
Manage inventory, stock movement, disposal of obsolete items, and distribution.
Oversee fleet utilization, tracking, maintenance, servicing, and roadworthiness.
Facilitate work permits, travel visas, and related documentation.
Promote and implement safeguarding policies and reporting procedures.
