Overview
DKT Liberia is seeking a qualified, licensed, and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Officer to join its team in Monrovia.
The Regulatory Affairs Officer will ensure that DKT’s sexual and reproductive health products comply with applicable regulatory laws and standards. The role will involve managing product registration dossiers, liaising with the Liberia Medicines & Health Products Regulatory Authority (LMHRA), and supporting quality compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Applicant Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy.
- Must be a licensed pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory frameworks.
- Good understanding of LMHRA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Strong technical writing and editing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting technical dossiers and product registration documents.
- Managing product registrations and market authorizations with the LMHRA.
- Maintaining professional relationships with LMHRA officials and other stakeholders.
- Responding to regulatory inquiries and participating in regulatory meetings.
- Reviewing product documentation and labeling for compliance.
- Monitoring changes in Liberian regulatory requirements.
- Supporting post-market surveillance, adverse event reporting, and product recalls.
- Providing regulatory guidance to Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Programs, and Technical teams.
- Working with the regional Regulatory Affairs team to identify and manage compliance risks.
