nutritious meals per day. LEAD MFA is part of the LEAD Edu network, a growing ecosystem of leadership
hubs dedicated to shaping young Africans into capable, confident, and compassionate leaders.

Key Responsibilities
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos across academic classes, football training, student

• Produce reels, short-form videos, photo stories, mini-documentaries, interviews, and other
platform-ready digital content using cameras and mobile devices.
• Write clear and compelling captions, human-interest stories, profiles, news updates, and
campaign messages aligned with LEAD MFA's voice and brand identity.
• Manage LEAD MFA's official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
TikTok, and YouTube, and respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Develop and implement weekly and monthly content calendars linked to institutional priorities,
events, partnerships, recruitment, and campaigns.
• Design branded social-media graphics, flyers, event materials, student highlights, report layouts,
presentations, newsletters, and visual announcements using Canva or comparable tools.
• Track platform performance and audience engagement, prepare concise analytics updates, and
recommend practical strategies to improve reach and content effectiveness.
• Maintain an organized and secure digital archive of photographs, videos, interviews, consent
records, design files, and published materials using consistent file-management practices.
• Support impact reports, donor communications, pitch decks, newsletters, partnership updates,
campus reports, and other strategic communications requested by leadership.
• Apply LEAD MFA's child-safeguarding, consent, privacy, and ethical-storytelling standards,
protecting students' dignity and personal information in all communications.
• Collaborate proactively with staff and students to identify strong stories and ensure accurate,
timely, and consistent communication across the organization.

media work is required.
• Experience in a school, NGO, sports, youth-development, or community environment is an advantage.
• Drone-operation experience or knowledge of football and sports media is an added advantage.
