Applicant Qualifications Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Liberian labour laws and recruitment practices.
Experience with ATS, HR software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
High integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment from job requisition through onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection.
Work with managers to identify staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company recruitment policies.
Build relationships with universities, training institutions, and recruitment agencies.
Track recruitment data and prepare management reports.
Support employer branding and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
